Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to book any future appointments. Your card WILL NOT be charged at the time of booking, in the event you do not cancel 48 hours before your appointment, your card will be charged half of your appointment fee. If you are a no show or late by 15 minutes or more to your apt without notification, your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged 50% of your appointment fee and you will be required to prepay in full to rebook. Special rates do not apply to no shows.
